Education decides to suspend admission to Al-Salam Private College for a period of three years

Based on its legal powers and pursuant to its tasks and responsibilities in managing scientific, educational and academic affairs in public and private universities and authorizing it to follow up the progress of universities and indicators of institutional performance assessment Academic year 2025/2026, based on the provisions of Article (38 / Second / A) of Law No. 25 of 2016.

 

 In this regard, the Ministry affirms that all legal measures will be taken against private educational institutions that violate the contexts, instructions and controls responsible for accepting students and do not comply with what is stipulated in the law in Article (36/First) of the Private Higher Education Law.

 

 The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research renews its commitment to conducting the necessary assessment of the institutional and programmatic performance of private universities and colleges, and to enable them to achieve positive results in terms of scientific research, international rankings, and academic twinning with solid public and international universities.
