The University of Basra announces the opening of the transfer window for the children of its teaching staff across all central admission channels, including the appeals channel (Objections Channel), through the dedicated electronic system.
Accordingly, the University invites all eligible individuals to visit the Registration and Student Affairs Department, bringing the following documents:
1. A letter confirming continued service, along with the evaluation of the last three years, addressed to the Registration Department.
2. Copies of the National ID, Residency Card (Housing Card), and Unified ID for both the faculty member and the student.
3. A copy of the Examination Card.
4. A transcript/confirmation of grades.
This measure comes from the University's keenness to facilitate transactions for its affiliates and their children and ensure the smooth flow of transfer procedures
