It aimed to provide an integrated vision to help students understand themselves and deal consciously with the challenges of university and personal life.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Shatha Mohammed Al-Ghazali from Shatha Al-Hayat Foundation – UAE, and Asst. Lecturer Zain Al-Abidin Salem Mardan from the College of Education Al-Qurnah. Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadila Qasim Al-Ali from the same college managed the session and introduced the lecturers.
The workshop focused on the importance of integration between the mind, heart, and body to achieve balance and individual and societal success. It also encouraged students to practice critical and creative thinking and to transform their ideas into positive initiatives that serve the community.
