Transfer and hosting instructions

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the opening of the transfer and hosting form between Iraqi universities, and the application mechanism is as follows: 
1 - The student begins promoting the transfer transaction from the original college by submitting an official application to the academic department. A special form is filled out for that, and what is required is attached to the transaction. We mentioned it at the end of the announcement. This is for successful and completed students only.
2- The transfer from the original college, the scientific department, to the corresponding college and the corresponding scientific department shall be in the governorate of residence of the student who wishes to move or be hosted there.

3- The transmission mechanism is based on two axes. 
✓ Promote a paper transaction from the original college. 
✓ Fill out the transfer or hosting form electronically from the original college. 
4- The fees incurred for promoting the transfer transaction, as stipulated by the Ministry, are 2000 dinars for each transfer transaction.
5 - It is permissible to promote transfer treatment for successful students from the first stage to the second stage or from the second stage to the third stage only.
6- Students of the final stages are not entitled to promotion of transfer treatment 

7- Students admitted for the academic year 2025/2026 are not entitled to a transfer promotion 
8- At the present time, it is not permitted to promote the transfer transaction from our college to the colleges of the Karma Ali Complex because the required distance of 100 km has not been met.

We point out something important 
It is that we regret reminding our dear students that there are no boarding departments for students in the governorates this academic year, as the boarding school building was previously withdrawn. The entity that owns it

The student must also bring all of the following: 
1- A copy of the result
2-National card 
3- University identity 
4- Residence card 
5- Pictures
