
For deferred and failing students accepted into our college for the academic year
2024 - 2025 and those wishing to promote a candidacy amendment transaction
Review the Student Affairs Division at the college starting January 7, 2025
What is required to promote the transaction is as follows
1_Official documents of the student and the student’s father, along with personal photos of the student
2_ A colored copy of the preparatory study document
3_ A copy of the letter of postponement or failure for the academic year
2024_ 2025
4_ A manual request submitted by the student to the head of the scientific department, signed by the head of the department and also signed by the assistant dean for student affairs.
Note - 1
After completing the requirements for modification to the college, the student will be referred and the student will be treated
Student Affairs Department, University Presidency located in Basra, Bab Al-Zubair College Complex, to complete the electronic form in the Student Affairs Department

A student who has been accepted into our college and has not registered for the year 2024-2025
He would like to submit a nomination amendment transaction
The student brings his central admission form for the year 2024-2025 along with the original document and documents mentioned above.
He reviews the Student Affairs Division in our college
Note 3
A student who has completed the registration process and has not submitted the original document to the college is not entitled to a promotional transaction to amend his candidacy unless he submits the document.
