The University of Basra holds a panel discussion on the study (The Foundational Discourses of Political Islam: A Study in the Light of Critical Analysis of Discourse)

The College of Education, Qurna, at the University of Basra, held a panel discussion on the study (The Foundational Discourses of Political Islam: A Study in the Light of Critical Analysis of Discourse).

  The research included its distribution into three chapters, preceded by an introduction, and followed by a conclusion. The concept of foundational discourse and the concept of political Islam were also clarified.

 The first chapter was entitled (Theoretical thalamus); To show the two fields of discourse analysis and critical analysis of discourse, since their foundations in linguistics and epistemology, through the most prominent approaches of the two fields. The first chapter also dealt with the Arab vision in critical analysis of discourse and the most important Arab additions to this field of knowledge.

 

 The second chapter, entitled Discourse and Ideology, has two chapters: the first is to clarify the concept of ideology and its relationship to language and discourse, and the second is entitled Linguistic Analysis of Ideology. Then came a comparison between the use of ideology by the two originators of the discourse.
