A master's thesis at the University of Basra discusses the study of the pragmatic dimensions in the message of forgiveness (by Abu Al-Ala' Al-Maari 449 AH)

 A master's thesis in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education Qurna at the University of Basra discussed the study of the pragmatic dimensions in The Forgiveness Letter (by Abi Al-Ala Al-Maari 449 AH) by researcher Huda Salam Abdul-Hussein in the central hall of the College of Education Qurna.

 

 Where it dealt with the plan of the message according to the most important deliberative approaches and concepts, as it included an introduction, a preface, and three chapters. The third was entitled Social Signals.

 As for the second chapter, it was entitled (the deliberative implications of the message of forgiveness), and it consisted of a preface and three topics.

 As for the third chapter, it was entitled (The Verbal Act in the Message of Forgiveness, System and Achievement), and it consisted of a preface and three topics as well.

 

 The results obtained showed:

 1- Introducing deliberativeness and its most important theories and currents, which are known as (Françoise Armingo's conception, Hanson's conception, and Jean Cervone's conception.

 2- The study of the Arab prose heritage according to modern mechanisms and concepts, especially deliberative, indicates that the Arab heritage is rich in rhetorical, communicative and discursive meanings and concepts. Which makes it a rich material for researchers.

 3- The message of forgiveness was filled with various dimensions and deliberative approaches, from signs of all kinds, and deliberative implications represented by presupposition, implicit saying, and dialogical implication, to the theory of verbal acts... so it was manifested in its various forms, communicative dimensions, and verbal achievements.
