The President of Basra University honored Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, Head of the Department of Life Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Adnan Badr Ghaleb, for his distinguished role in obtaining advanced positions for the Department of Life Sciences in the national classification of Iraqi universities in the first ranks and with a score of more than 60% in the national classification over the corresponding departments in  Iraqi universities.  Prof. Dr. Adnan Sultan Abdul Nabi, Dean of the College, praised the distinguished role played by the presidency of the Department of Life Sciences and its Quality Division during the past year, which culminated in our college obtaining advanced positions in the national classification of Iraqi universities.
