The College of Education/Qurna at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a cultural symposium on the Qur’anic principles for positive change and motivating students towards success, delivered by His Eminence Sheikh Qahtan Al-Halafi.

The symposium included a group of important topics about the divine traditions and laws in the Holy Qur’an that lead a person towards success, stressing that change begins with the self, according to the Almighty’s saying: “Indeed, God will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”
