The College of Education/Qurna, Department of Arabic Language at the University of Basra, organized a scientific trip for third-year students to the Nazik al-Malaika Library and the Central Library. Accompanied by Prof. Dr. Sabah Bashir and M.M. His Eminence Qasim Saleh

The scientific trip aims to educate students and familiarize themselves with the contents of the Nazik al-Malaika Library and the Central Library, including relics, valuables, and modern books with various scientific and cultural specializations. The library staff received the delegation and provided them with a historical overview of the library and its departments and a detailed explanation of the global cataloging system they follow. 
The visit included reviewing the library's corridors and branches, learning about scientific sources and how to search for books, and also learning about the library's activities and annual programs.
