The seminar included three axes, the first axis was: On the concept of bullying is a form of behaviour directed for the purpose of psychological abuse. The abuse is often verbal, but sometimes it may be accompanied by some physical exposure, display or attack, directed at psychological abuse from an individual or group to another individual or group that often has weaker abilities to defend itself. The definition of bullying is repetitive aggressive behaviour that aims to deliberately harm another person, physically or psychologically. Bullying is characterised by acting individually in certain ways in order to gain power at the expense of another person, and bullying may take various forms; verbally, physically, or even by gestures, or other more subtle methods of coercion such as manipulation.Bullying is usually used to force others through fear or threats. Bullying can be reduced by teaching individuals the social skills to successfully interact with the world. While he talked in the second axis about the types of bullying, namely: verbal bullying, physical bullying, social bullying, racial bullying, and cyberbullying, he stressed the importance of protecting the rights of individuals who have been subjected to the phenomenon of bullying and compensating them for the psychological or physical damage they have been exposed to. He also emphasised the importance of monitoring children on the Internet and social media and paying attention to any unusual signs, as well as the need for the government to develop strict laws to punish the practitioners of bullying in all its forms. He also pointed out that this phenomenon has very serious effects and can even lead to death or cause mental illness and internal complexes. The third axis, which is the most important, is the role of the family factor in building the individual. The seminar recommended the importance of raising awareness about the dangers of bullying in society, especially in the field of social networks and with people with special needs.
