The College of Education / Qurna, in cooperation with the Basra Governorate Traffic Directorate (Qurna District), organized a traffic awareness seminar entitled “Traffic Safety Rules”The symposium, which was attended by the Department Director, Dean Ahmed Sami, Major Kamil Nazem Abdel, and Commissioner Ghassan Abdel Reda, aimed to educate students and attendees about the concept of traffic safety and the traffic law, its most important goals, and how to achieve them in a way that ensures the preservation of private and public property, reduces accidents, and preserves the safety of pedestrians and drivers.The symposium recommended the need for everyone to commit to applying traffic safety rules and tools to ensure road safety and facilitate traffic.
