Based on the approval of His Excellency the Minister on 5/27/2024 and the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies and Follow-up No. TM 5/F/5521 dated 6/3/2024, the date for opening electronic forms will be as of Tuesday, corresponding to 2024/ 6/25 until the end of official working hours on Thursday, 7/25/2024 

The condition is that they do not enroll in any of the studies (private government education, morning, evening, or private) or colleges affiliated with the two endowments.
