The Department of Life Sciences at the College of Education, Qurna, University of Basra, held a workshop on tissue agriculture between reality and ambition. The workshop was lectured by Prof. Dr. Hanoun Ali Mohsen, a lecturer at the Palm Research Center, University of Basra.

 And a. M. Dr. Qasim Jassim Adhafa and Dr. Bassam is a lonely person

 The workshop included a definition of the concept of plant tissue culture, a historical overview of tissue culture, methods of taking plant parts from plants, and the components of a laboratory for tissue culture, the nutritional medium prepared for planting, its features and goals, and the most important problems to which tissue culture is exposed.

 The workshop touched on the findings of the Palm Research Center at the University of Basra
