The College of Education, Qurna, at the University of Basra, held a celebration of the 59th anniversary of the founding of the University of Basra. The ceremony was attended by many professors, students, and guests from outside the college.

 The ceremony included an exhibition of free drawing, a book exhibition, playing musical instruments, and displaying many works and heritage tools

 The students of the Departments of Chemistry and Life Sciences presented many scientific experiments and activities, including an analysis to know the blood type and other matters of activities and events.
