With great sadness and sorrow, we received the news of the death of Mr. Shaheen Hammadi, father of Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen, President of the University of Basrah, and with this painful tragedy, the Deanship of the College of Education in Qurna, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Adnan Sultan Abdul Nabi, and the teaching and administrative staff in our college extends its deepest condolences and sympathy to the President of the University and his family, asking the Almighty May he have mercy on him with his wide mercy, dwell in his vast gardens, and inspire his relatives patience and solace.
