Results of Student Nomination Modification for the Academic Year 2026/2027

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

Students whose nomination modification results or previous years’ admission results for the academic year 2026/2027 have been released must visit the respective colleges starting from Monday, October 12, 2026.

Below is the procedure and the required documents for students during their visit:

1. Students Previously Admitted to Other Colleges or Institutes and Now Accepted into Our College:

Students must visit their original colleges (where they were previously admitted) carrying their Nomination Modification Result Form. The original colleges will issue administrative orders to modify their nomination, clear their academic standing, update their status in the SIS system, and transfer their files to their new college.

2. Students Previously Admitted to Our College and Now Reassigned to Other Colleges:

Students must visit our college directly, bringing their latest Nomination Modification Result Form. The Student Affairs Department will issue administrative orders to modify their nomination to the new colleges and transfer their academic files accordingly.

3. Students Without Previous Admission who are Now Admitted to Our College (College of Education - Al-Qurna) via the Nomination Modification Channel:

Students must visit our college bringing the following:

 The latest Nomination Modification Result Form displaying the student’s name.

 All official identification documents.

 Original high school transcript (school certificate).

 Medical examination form (students can obtain the form from any nearby bookstore and complete it at the nearest health center).

 Six (6) official passport-size photos.

 Official documents of the guarantor, along with the personal presence of the guarantor to complete the student's legal guarantee.
