Application for Evening Studies at the College of Education, Al-Qurna

To students wishing to apply for evening studies at the College of Education, Al-Qurna for the academic year 2026–2027:

Your applications will be received starting on Monday, October 5, 2026, by the Student Affairs Division committees located in the college courtyard (under the dome) from 10:30 AM until 2:00 PM.

Application Procedure:

1. Obtain the application form along with the undertakings from the Student Affairs Division committees located in the college courtyard.

2. Sit in the registration hall (college courtyard) to complete filling out the form and the attached undertakings.

3. Attach the following requirements to the form:

 Medical Examination Form: After completing and stamping it from the health center. (The form is obtained from public bookstores, a photo is attached, it is stamped by the student's graduating school, and the student then goes to the health center to complete the medical examination and stamps).

 Note: Medical examination forms lacking a photo or incomplete forms will be rejected.

4. Official school grades endorsement letter: Stamped by the school, in the student's name, and recently issued. Alternatively, a color copy of the preparatory school certificate can be submitted.

5. Visit the college's accounts division to obtain the receipt for the application file folder (application form).

6. Official personal photos: 6 photos with a white background.

7. Student's identification documents: National ID card and residency card (or the parent's residency card if the student does not have one), along with the parent's National ID card and residency card.

8. Submit the completed requirements: Once the applicant completes the above items, head to the Student Affairs Division to receive the official application folder.

9. Complete the required information on the folder (three pages).

10. Submit the folder to the Student Affairs Division committees and leave. Leaving is only permitted after taking a picture of the barcode to join the Telegram registration channel, and waiting for the announcement of acceptance within a period of up to 15 days, more or less, depending on the admission plan for the academic departments.

11. (Very important): Take a picture of the entry barcode for the first-year registration channel and join it to track the acceptance announcement on that channel exclusively; announcements on any other channels will not be relied upon.

12. Post-acceptance procedure: After the student's acceptance is announced, the student must visit the college as soon as possible to complete registration by paying the annual tuition fee and finalizing the legal guarantee.

 Note: Item No. 12 applies after the acceptance announcement, not now. We emphasize this, and please note that you should not pay the tuition fees before your acceptance is announced at our college.

Required Admission Averages:

1. Official acceptance is granted to applicants with averages of 65 and above.

2. Applications are accepted for those with averages of 62, and they will be held pending approval from the esteemed University Council to approve the usual reduction applied every academic year according to the instructions received. If the reduction is not approved, these applications will be disregarded and the documents will be returned to their owners.
