The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the application window for both the Nomination Amendment forms and the Admission of Previous Year's Graduates (for the academic year 2024/2025).

The electronic application for both channels (the General Channel and the Martyrs' Families Channel) will remain open until the end of official working hours on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Submissions can be made via the "Qadam Platform" application or through the Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up portal: https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq/.

To clarify for students (those who deferred the academic year, failed, or had their admission cancelled) wishing to amend their nomination: the application process begins by visiting the university where they were originally admitted to reactivate their examination number. Meanwhile, the reactivation of examination numbers for students from martyrs' families is handled exclusively through the Martyrs Foundation
