The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education/Al-Qurnah Organizes a Discussion Seminar

The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education/Al-Qurnah, University of Basra, held a scientific discussion seminar for postgraduate student Ahmed Muayyad Kadhim, regarding his thesis titled:

"The Diwan of Sheikh Muhammad Abd al-Ridha al-Hirzi: A Linguistic Study."

The researcher presented the most prominent linguistic levels addressed in his thesis within poems of high artistic performance, covering the aesthetics of style, phonology, syntax, and semantics, and demonstrating the impact of these levels in highlighting the artistic value of the poetic texts.

The seminar witnessed a fruitful scientific discussion, as professors from the Arabic Language Department provided their observations and inquiries regarding the most significant elements of the research, which contributed to enriching the scientific aspects of the thesis.

At the conclusion of the seminar, the professors praised the student's efforts, wishing him success and guidance in his academic career.
