The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education/Al-Qurnah, University of Basra, held a scientific discussion seminar for postgraduate student Ayat Faleh Khalifa, regarding her thesis titled:

"Textual Morphological Evidence in 'Al-Muhaqqaq min Tawshih al-Wafiya bi-Ma’anin Kafiya' by Muhsin bin Muhammad Tahir al-Qazwini (d. after 1153 AH)."

During the seminar, the researcher reviewed the most prominent textual morphological evidence adopted by al-Qazwini in his investigation. She also addressed, within her research plan, the sections related to his linguistic views, explaining his methodology in selecting that evidence and its impact on morphological studies.

The seminar witnessed scientific interventions from several professors in the department, who commented on the evidence with further explanation and detail. They raised a series of scientific inquiries regarding the reasons and justifications that led the researcher to adopt this specific evidence over others, which enriched the discussion and contributed to deepening the scientific aspects of the research.
