College of Education – Al-Qurna Organizes a Photo Exhibition on the Occasion of International Human Rights Day

The College of Education – Al-Qurna held a photo exhibition on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, in cooperation with the Human Rights Unit and the Student Affairs Unit, in the presence of a number of faculty members and students.

The exhibition showcased the most prominent issues related to the deprivation of human rights, shedding light on the suffering of the most affected groups in society. The exhibition included expressive photos of homeless children and bereaved mothers grieving the loss of their children, along with paintings and writings addressing the most important basic human rights.

The organizers of the exhibition emphasized that human rights are not merely demands, but legitimate rights that represent a dignity that must be protected, a justice that should be practiced, and a peace that everyone deserves, stressing the importance of spreading awareness of human rights culture and promoting its values within the university environment and society.
