The College of Education in Al-Qurna / University of Basra organized the Victory Festival to celebrate the anniversary of Iraq's victories, in cooperation with the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) Foundation. The festival was attended by the college's faculty and students, the Commander of Basra Operations / PMF Authority, Hajji Abu Jinan Al-Baseeri, the Director of the PMF Authority in Basra, Major General Fadhil Al-Baseeri, and several representatives of local institutions.

The festival featured celebratory segments, including the performance of the National Anthem and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha for the souls of Iraq's martyrs. This was followed by speeches delivered by a number of faculty members, praising the sacrifices of our security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces and their role in maintaining the country's security and preserving its dignity.

The festival also included a musical performance and a chant for the PMF that embodied the meanings of steadfastness and national unity.

The Deanship of the College affirmed during the festival that the anniversary of the Victory represents an immortal national milestone that embodies the strength and unity of Iraqis, and the college is keen on celebrating it annually to enhance the spirit of belonging among the students.
