The College of Education / Al-Qurnah at the University of Basra held a seminar (discussion session) on studying the effect of saline solution on the concentration of total protein and oxidative stress proteins in certain organs of two species of bony fish (Common Carp and Nile Tilapia), presented by Master's student Israa Mazin Abdul Latif.
The study involved treating (Common Carp and Nile Tilapia) fish with different concentrations of sodium chloride (saline) solution over various time intervals.
It aimed to study the effects of these salt concentrations on the concentration of total protein and oxidative stress proteins, and to identify the resulting histological (tissue) changes.
