The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application portal for the Holy Quran Memorizers Channel for the academic year 2025/2026.

The application includes graduates of the preparatory study for the academic year 2024/2025 across all branches (Scientific, Literary, and Arts) who have completely memorized the Holy Quran and successfully passed the examination conducted by a specialized committee.

Eligible students can apply for (50 choices) through the portal of the Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq). The application period will continue until Monday, November 3, 2025.
