In implementation of the directives of the Dean of the College of Education, Al-Qurna, at the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Ali Darb Sha'ban, regarding the necessity of following up on the activities of female students in the college, Dr. Fadhila Qasim Salih Al-Ali, Head of the Women's Affairs Unit, held a meeting with a group of female students from various scientific and literary departments of the evening study program.
This meeting comes within the framework of the college's keenness to empower the female students and enhance their active participation in the university environment by discussing the most prominent challenges they face and proposing ideas and suggestions that contribute to developing their academic and personal performance.
During the meeting, Dr. Fadhila Al-Ali also emphasized the importance of organizing workshops, courses, and training programs aimed at raising the students' awareness of their rights and available opportunities, building self-confidence, and developing their capabilities in various fields. This will qualify them to effectively contribute to community service and represent the college honorably.
