The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, decided to include undergraduate students at all levels with the decision to re-register their registrations as of the academic year 2013/2014.

The decision stipulated that students whose registrations had been upgraded in preliminary studies be included in all admission channels for morning and evening studies, starting from the academic year 2013/2014 onward, and for all levels of study by returning to school seats, starting from the academic year 2025/2026.

Students whose registrations have been canceled due to cheating, forgery, or disciplinary penalties are excluded from this decision.
