The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, agreed to launch applications for evening studies for the academic year 2025/2026, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, 10/1/2025. 

In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directs the relevant government universities to take the following:
 
First: Approving the application of students for admission directly to universities in accordance with the controls and conditions contained in the Student Affairs Procedures Manual and admission controls and conditions for the academic year 2025/2026.

Second: Take into account that the application of students is in accordance with the acceptance rates mentioned in the guide.

Third: Adopting a grade break algebra of half a grade for the benefit of students applying for the purpose of admission to evening study.
