The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research confirmed that the process of recording attendance and absence in the HEPIQ application is carried out electronically, accurately and documented, as the system calculates the days of absence automatically.

The Ministry called on its dear students to monitor their accounts in the application continuously and not to neglect official working hours, stressing that excuses or allegations of lack of knowledge will not be accepted later.

The Ministry also stated that repeated absence exposes students to legal procedures that may lead to being prevented from taking exams and failing, in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions
