Professor Dr. Muhammad Jawad Habib Al-Badrani, a lecturer at the University of Basra, published a joint scientific research with Dr. Hanik and Dr. Hematol from Malang State University in Indonesia, under the title:
“Qafiah and Simile in A Poem ‘Anti’ by Nizar Qabbani”
This was published in Azdehar (Prosperity) magazine, published by Maliu University in Malaysia, which is a peer-reviewed international scientific journal specializing in oriental languages ​​and literature.

The research studies and analyzes the rhetorical and artistic aspects of the poem “You” by the great Arab poet Nizar Qabbani, with a special focus on employing rhyme and simile in the structure of the poetic text, and highlighting their impact in building poetic meaning and conveying the aesthetic message.

This scientific participation is a model of fruitful international academic cooperation, and confirms the position of the University of Basra in the field of scientific research and literary studies at the global level.
