Established the College of Education / Qurna at the University of Basra 
A cultural symposium on the occasion of the Shaabani days, in the presence of His Eminence Sheikh Murtada Al-Mudarresi. The symposium witnessed wide attendance and participation by students and teachers. The ceremony included welcome speeches delivered by Scientific Assistant Dr. Hadi Khalaf Rassan, who stressed the importance of holding these cultural symposia in developing students’ religious and cultural information. 

The symposium included a group of important topics that contribute to building personality and promoting personal growth, delivered by Sheikh Murtada Al-Modarresi, where effective methods for achieving personal and professional success and how to deal with challenges and pressures in university and professional life were discussed. The attendees interacted greatly with the content of the symposium and exchanged experiences and opinions on how to apply the ideas and principles presented in their daily lives.
