The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Education Qurna at the University of Basra held its second meeting for January 23/1/2025 with the college's employees entitled (Reducing the phenomenon of drugs and its negative impact on college students on campus) in which a number of professors from all departments of the college participated, and the aim of this meeting was to:
1- Urging the teaching staff to spread awareness among the students of Qurna College
2- Conducting seminars that guide the student to stay away from suspicious relationships and bad companions
3- Making paintings, pictures and guidance drawings
4- Activating and emphasizing the aspect of censorship
5- Activating the aspect of telling parents what the student does when making a mistake
6- Conducting awareness campaigns among students through the media and by giving some instructions at the lecture time for five minutes in order to preserve the sanctity of the lecture time
