Based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, No. 9293 dated 9/10/2024, the Minister’s approval was obtained to allow transfer as an exception to Paragraph (2) of Clause (H-1) of the transfer regulations for the academic year 2024. 2025, as explained in the book above, so students are allowed to transfer from our college to the corresponding colleges of education at the University of Basra.
