With wide religious and academic participation, the lecturer at the College of Education, Qurna, at the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Mansouri, participated in the first strategic leadership forum in Najaf, in response to the invitation of the Holy Shrine of Al-Hussainiya

 The forum was inaugurated by the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, the caretaker of the Holy Husayni Shrine, His Eminence Sheikh Mahdi Al-Karbalai, in the presence of the Director General of Planning in the Ministry of Education, Dr. Ehab, and university presidents and their representatives.

 The conference discussed e-governance, strategic planning, future foresight and other important contemporary issues that we look forward to institutionally translating in state departments.
