On Monday, 7/11/2022, the Qurna College of Education at the University of Basra organized a symposium entitled (Early Marriage and the Reasons for Divorce) under the supervision of the Women’s Affairs Unit in the college.

 The symposium dealt with providing a definition of early marriage with a mention of the causes of early marriage and the most important consequences and effects on the husband, wife and child born from a psychological, social, health and economic point of view, in advance of the mechanisms for dealing with early marriage in society

 The lecture dealt with a number of examples and the students shared their experiences and gave their opinions on this topic.
